The Humorist was a British weekly magazine published by George Newnes that ran from 1922 to 1940. It was renowned for its collection of cartoons, short stories, and witty social satire. In 1940, it merged with another publication to become London Opinion and The Humorist, which continued to circulate through the 1950s.
